Hello Compassion International,

I am an experienced Graphic Designer and Communications Director using my leadership gifts and creative talents to glorify God and impact the world in the name of Jesus. I believe my strengths and qualifications are an ideal match for the Manager of Creative Design and will bring immediate value to Compassion International.

Previous experience shows my strength in leading graphic designers and creative teams within fast-paced environments, executing a strong understanding of design principles, and maintaining a high level of communication and organization to meet tight deadlines.

In my previous role as a Communications Director, I led volunteers, contractors, and staff remotely and in person with clear art direction and project management to advance team efforts and to accomplish company goals. I personally love leading creative teams and encouraging individuals in their unique gifts and talents. I have proven to be effective, innovative, and organized within my position and continue to bring value to whatever organization I work with.

Some examples include successfully leading design and communications for church capital campaigns with 13K+ members, launching new online courses with Your Enneagram Coach, and creating one-of-a-kind experiences for Easter, Christmas, and corporate events.

After my daughter was born, my husband and I moved to be closer to family. My current employer asked me to continue working with them remotely until they find my replacement. I am now ready for a new opportunity to use my talents to glorify God and spread his message of hope and salvation.

This position excites me because my professional and personal goals align with Compassion’s mission and values. I believe that my extensive experience in design, passion to lead creative teams, and heart to glorify God through my work would make me a great fit for the Manager of Creative Design.
